It's an award-winning piece of architecture by Michael Rice and covers just over 6000 sqare feet. The photos are fantastic and worth a look even if you're just a lowly tennant like me.

Serious bargains to be had if you're the market for a "luxury" home near Dublin. Developers are slashing prices in order to sell the beasts - my heart bleeds. Story in the Irish Independent, see the ads on myhome.ie or daft.ie. That 50% off = around €750,00 by the way so don't all rush at once.
"These elegant and spacious homes enjoy stunning countryside views from all aspects and are as visually appealing inside as they are from the outside." Well I guess if you consider looking at your neighbours who have bought the exact same house either side of you "stunning" then yes, you'll have a stunning view from all aspects. Happy shopping.

5 weeks after handing in my notice, I'm still looking for a new place to live. While my frustration with estate agents, the property market and the absence of vetting of rental accomodation, I've decided to pull something positive out of my endless hours of looking on www.daft.ie.
