having used that a bit myself it's caused many a tedious headache...
more than anything though i wish the path to the xml wasnt a part of the swf, that you could have the one flash file pointed at different xml files in different situations*
maybe someday a jQuery gallery will be able to do the job of slideshow pro, and work off normal CSS instead of the horrid interface you're posting...
* this may well be possible and i just never found out how
